SimsyGeeks is looking for freelancer on ongoing basis to do the following services for our customers on-demand with measurable SLAs – [url removed, login to view] Time (<15 Minutes), [url removed, login to view] Time (Same or Next Business Day), [url removed, login to view] Satisfaction (>4 out of 5) and [url removed, login to view] Reports (Scanned Copy Same Day & Courier). We shall provide details process, procedure, do’s & don’ts including Customer Service. Consistent Quality of Service will result in repeat business.
Site Survey for Implementation – Per Site [2-4 hours]
Implementation, Test & Handover – Per Classroom [2-3 hours]
Preventive Maintenance – Per Classroom [<1 hour]
Break-Fix Support – Per Incident [1-2 hours]
The rates shall be different for each one of these services, which we shall agree and discuss before hand. Any consumables shall be paid additional to these rates, which must be under agreed budget. All payments will be made only after completion of the task meeting 4 criteria’s of the SLA. All clarifications must be sought before bidding via Online Chat.
